Contact Us Page Temporarily Out of Service

We recently switched servers for our website  and are experiencing problems with our “Contact Us” form.  Until further notice, if you need to get in touch with us please call us at 309/692-7600 or drop us an e-mail at jan@dodivein.com  The form stopped working August 31, so if anyone tried to contact us via the form after that, we have not received it. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working diligently to resolve the problem.
