Equipment Repair Services in Peoria

Do Dive In Scuba Center is a Factory Authorized Service Center for all of the brands that we sell, including Atomic, Apex, Aqua Lung (U.S. Divers), Oceanic, Scubapro and Sea Quest. Our service department features state-of-the-art testing and diagnostic equipment and our repair technicians are factory trained and highly skilled. For warranty repair work, please remember to bring in the appropriate warranty documentation. Our manufacturers are very strict about having warranty service completed every year (12 months) from date of purchase.

VIP’s

Cylinder visual inspections, which should be done yearly . Do Dive In utilizes the “Visual Eddy Current” technology to check for cracks in aluminum cylinders. This technique allows us to detect cracks and imperfections in the neck of cylinders that cannot be easily seen with the naked eye, before serious problems occur.

HYDRO Services

Required every five years by the Department of Transportation.

Regulator Service

Should be completed annually both to ensure peak performance and to maintain warranties.

Depth Gauge and Computer Service

We can test and replace computer batteries and perform a “wet test” of your depth gauge or computer in our calibration chamber.

BCD Service

We service your inflator, inspect your BCD for leaks, and check your overpressure relief valve for proper functioning or leaks.

Pressure Gauge Service

We inspect the hose, check the gauge for leaks, and replace the gauge swivel o rings as necessary.

While “rush” service is available, normal turnaround time for repair work is  7 days, depending on how busy our technicians are. All of our repair work is fully warranted.
