Divemaster Program
Have you ever wanted to assist with dive classes, work on a dive boat, or in a dive resort, or possibly even teach scuba? Or maybe you’re interested in simply advancing your skills and knowledge to a level beyond the average recreational diver. If so, your first step in achieving these goals is to enroll in Do Dive In’s PADI Divemaster program. This course will develop and expand your diving skills and knowledge to that of an instructor and will also develop your diving management and supervision skills.
All Divemaster classes are not the same. At Do Dive In we take great pride in knowing that we offer the BEST Divemaster class. All of our Divemaster candidates go through an extensive internship program where they assist in teaching actual Open Water and continuing education classes, real world experience in real world conditions.
Divemaster training is an important prerequisite to further training and certification as a PADI Assistant Instructor. Our program is highly individualized. It can start whenever you are ready and take place on a schedule that meets your individual needs.

Prerequisites: 18 years of age, Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver, Emergency First Response (or equivalent) certifications. NAUI: same as above, plus Master Scuba Diver certification.
Student Provides: All text books, reference materials and dive equipment.
Assistant Instructor Program
Do Dive In’s Assistant Instructor course is designed to provide PADI Divemasters with additional training as instructional assistants and dive educators. The Assistant Instructor program builds upon the Divemaster’s abilities to organize and supervise dive classes and training activities while concentrating on developing teaching skills. Through independent study, classroom sessions and practical application, you’ll learn how to construct and deliver effective teaching presentations and conduct PADI programs.
Student Provides: PADI Instructor Manual, PADI Assistant Instructor Workbook, pool and open water cue cards, all PADI course materials, and all personal diving equipment.
Classes may be scheduled on an individual basis.
